Richard is an industry-recognized security leader with over 30 years of experience. Having led the research and development of Cisco Systems’ security solutions across the portfolio of iOS products, from designing and operating Verizon Data’s IT infrastructure to acting as Deloitte’s Chief Cloud Architect across all public clouds, Richard brings extensive hands-on technical expertise and executive leadership to any engagement. Richard has worked closely consulting the likes of Hackensack Meridian Health, Mayo Clinic, General Motors, Johnson Controls, Reuters, Wells Fargo, Constellation Brands, Dun & Bradstreet, UKG, American Express, State of New York & Google in terms of improving organizational governance along with assessing and remediating security and operating practices.
Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, an MBA from Southern Methodist University, and CCISO, CGEIT, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, ITIL4®MP, CISA, CRISC, CSSLP, HCISPP, ISSAP, ISSMP, CDPSE certifications. Richard has been a keynote speaker at numerous security conferences, including Palo Alto’s Ignite, where he continues to help educate the security community.
