Paul founded Novacoast, Inc. in 1996, an IT professional services company providing expertise in the areas of network infrastructure, software development, Internet security and managed services. His vision has led his company to become a multi-million dollar enterprise, with over 400 employees across the US, Mexico, Canada and Western Europe.

Paul considers himself fortunate to surround himself with exceptional people that have helped him build Novacoast into one of the largest independently owned technical professional services organizations in California. He currently resides in Washington state with his wife.
