Jana Moore currently serves as the Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Belron International, where she is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide cybersecurity program. Her remit spans Cyber Operations, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Security Awareness, and Resiliency.
With over 25 years of experience, Jana has led IT infrastructure and information security functions across global organizations in the telecommunications, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
Prior to her current role, she held a senior leadership position at Cardinal Health, where she played a pivotal role in building and maturing cybersecurity operations, engineering, and awareness capabilities. She also spearheaded the global launch of the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) program, aligning cybersecurity initiatives with business priorities.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Jana is an active leader and advocate within the information security community. She is the co-founder and Vice President of EmpoWE-R Women of InfoSec, a nonprofit organization established in 2019 to empower and support women in cybersecurity through scholarships, mentorship, and professional development initiatives.
