Craig Stamm brings nearly two decades of leadership experience in the emerging technology and security industries to his role as President & CEO at Zyston where he is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic direction of the company. He also maintains a steadfast focus on building a corporate culture founded upon four pillars – Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork and Results.
Prior to Zyston, Stamm served as President of Authentix, a leader in the brand protection and anti-counterfeiting security industry. At Authentix, he managed a global P&L, conducting business on five continents in more than 25 countries. Stamm also spearheaded the company’s entry into the currency authentication business, providing security feature solutions to six of the leading central banks in the world. In 2008, he led the sale of the company to The Carlyle Group and J.H. Whitney.
Before joining Authentix, Stamm served as CFO of CareerBuilder (formerly Headhunter.net / Nasdaq: HHNT). As part of the CareerBuilder leadership team, Stamm helped build the company into one of the nation’s leading internet human capital solutions companies. In 2001, he led the sale of the company to the Chicago Tribune and Knight Ridder.
