Mark Dy-Ragos is the Vice President of Information Security and Chief Information Security Officer for Wescom Credit Union – a leading credit union headquartered in Southern California. He is responsible for leading and maturing Wescom’s Information Security Program.
Mark received his MBA from Cal State Fullerton and his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University. He has worked in the Information Security field for over 20 years across various verticals including Financial Services, Healthcare, Government, Manufacturing, Consulting and Software. He currently holds the following industry certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) as well as several certifications from the SANS Institute.
