• Respect: Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Networking: Keep interactions professional; respect privacy and avoid aggressive solicitation.
• Integrity: Follow event guidelines while keeping the event’s goal of fostering collaboration, learning, and community at the forefront.
• Accountability: Violations may result in removal from the event and restriction from future attendance.

If you experience or witness misconduct, please contact an event organizer immediately. Anyone who fails to follow this Code of Conduct may be removed from the event without refund and barred from future attendance.
